I was asked the million dollar question the other night (well 2 questions really)

Q1: Lime Cheese or Chocolate?
If I could only have 1 this week, what would it be?

Q2: Lime Cheese or Chocolate
If I had to choose only 1 (and the other would cease to exist) what would it be?

Well, those who know me know I am a chcoholic, but also crave Lime Cheese (aka Lime Curd) and when Lime Cheese is not available, Lemon Curd (also known as lemon honey)

My answers to the questions were not surprising.
Q1: Lime Cheese - I could survive on this for a year or so (if ever there was a chocolate shortage)

Q2: Chocolate all the way. Alot more versatile and many different flavour combinations.

But, that said, it was a hard decision!
